Ticketing

You can find instructions on how to make purchases and ticket selections HERE.

    • Donor Circles and Major Donor Package Fulfillment Ticket selection begins: January 7 at 10 am MT
    • Members Package Fulfillment Ticket selection begins: January 8 at 10 am MT
    • Donor Circles and Major Donors Single Film Ticket Pre-Sale begins : January 12

    • Membership Single Film Ticket Pre-Sale begins: January 13 at 10 am MT

  • Important: Your ticket packages will still list the public ticket fulfillment date in the product information, but your active membership will supersede that date.

 

Attending in Person:

  • Express Pass pickup for our Donor Circles will take place at Donor Services. Located: Sheraton Park City 1895 Sidewinder Dr., 2nd Floor
  • We recommend that all ticketholders and eligible passholders be in the appropriate line at least 30 minutes before a film’s screening start time. All Festival tickets are now digital; we will not be issuing physical tickets for in-person screenings. Note: All event times on the online Festival platform are shown in MT.

Donor Concierge Service

Donor Concierge Services:

  • Donor Circles patrons that donate $50,000 or more will receive this exclusive, personalized benefit, which will ensure you have a seamless and memorable Festival experience, from securing the best tickets to providing exclusive access and guidance throughout your visit. 
  • The Donor Concierge Services benefit will also provide access to a private entrance as well as a donor section of seats in the George S. and Dolores Doré Eccles Center for the Performing Arts in Park City. 
  • These patrons will work with a team member to personally manage your Festival experience including ticketing options and purchases, pass and package purchase and fulfillment, and many other exciting Festival adornments such as private events, receptions, and screenings.
